ILEAPs LETS GO service offers Adults with a learning difficulty the opportunity to participate in Leisure Activities of their choice with their friends old and new.

If you are between 18 - 64 years of age and feel you are prevented from taking part in leisure time activities, then Let's Go may be able to help you.

Lets Go have a weekly and monthly programme of small group sessions where members can meet up and have fun with their friends. (Click on the activity list below)

ILEAPs Support Friends attend these activities to make sure everyone is safe and having a fun time. Sometimes the Support Friends are able to offer transport to and from the activity.

Lets Go aims to provide adults members with the same opportunities as their non-disabled peers and to enjoy a stimulating and rewarding leisure time.
