This academic year ILEAP are working in partnership with WAYC so that we can support our volunteers more effectively. WAYC run a programme called V Inspired

What is V?

V is an independent charity, launched in May 2006, to champion youth volunteering in England. It has arisen due to the recommendations set out in the Russell Commission and is accepted in full by the Government. Our key objective is to create a significant and lasting change in the quality, quantity and diversity of youth volunteering opportunities.

V was established to build on the excellent work already being undertaken in the youth volunteering sector, both in terms of creating new and additional opportunities, and by extending the reach of existing opportunities to those young people who have not previously volunteered.

V strives to bring together all youth volunteering opportunities in a shared sense of purpose. Our mission to inspire a million more young volunteers can only be achieved by building on the excellent work already underway within the voluntary and community sector.

Victoria Hancock is the Volunteer Co-ordinator for South Warwickshire and Vic will support you so that you get the most from your time volunteering with ILEAP.

If you click on the link Volunteer registration it will take you to an online form. Please complete this and mention that you want to Volunteer with ILEAP in Section 6 of the form.

Once we receive a request from Vic, ILEAP will send you a volunteer availability form to complete so that you can choose the sessions that you would like to Volunteer at.
