Childrens Activity: ILEAP’s Zumba Workout, 4 - 12 years and over

We will warm up gently  before hitting the dance floor and slowly building up steam. Once we ready to whistle we'll ease off the gas and finish with a gentle cool down before heading off for a well deserved party lunch.

Dress for exercise, bring a drink, some money for the tuck shop and a packed lunch.

Parents / Carers are welcome to stay and have a coffee and a chat whilst ILEAP Staff keep their loved ones safe and happy.
