DESCRIPTION:Our popular horse-riding session is back.
 You must book for t
 he whole term as you will be weighed and measured and allocated a horse at
  the first session\, they cannot weigh people after the first session\, so
  if you are looking to book after 13/01/26\, please email&nbsp\;sparkle@il
 eap.co.uk. &nbsp\;The first session of each term is a mechanical horse ass
 essment.
 ILEAP has teamed up with the Riding for&nbsp\;Disabled HQ at Lo
 wlands for an after-school&nbsp\;club to build your confidence around our 
 equine&nbsp\;friends whilst learning to ride. &nbsp\;
 The group of 10 is
  split into three smaller groups\, each taking turns to ride in the school
 .&nbsp\;&nbsp\;Beginners will be on guide ropes and each horse has a volun
 teer to support the participants. As they gain experience and confidence\,
  participants will learn the techniques of steering\, trotting and canteri
 ng. &nbsp\;Lesson times are 3.45pm\, 4.15pm and 4.45pm and last for 30 min
 utes each.
 Research has suggested that spending time with&nbsp\;animals 
 in an outdoor environment is beneficial to&nbsp\;mental health and wellbei
 ng.
 Please wear long trousers and long -sleeved jackets. &nbsp\;The ridi
 ng school can provide hats and boots for you to wear\, although you are we
 lcome to bring your own.
