DESCRIPTION:Our popular horse riding session is back...with a new venue!
 
 ILEAP has teamed up with the Riding for&nbsp\;Disabled HQ at Lowlands for 
 an after-school&nbsp\;club to bulld your confidence around our equine&nbsp
 \;friends whilst learning to ride. &nbsp\;
 Half of the hour session will
  be focused on&nbsp\;learning to ride RDA's specially trained horses\,&nbs
 p\;following an initial assessment on the mechanical&nbsp\;horse. The othe
 r half will help to build&nbsp\;confidence by following an RDA approved&nb
 sp\;enrichment programme\; empowering members&nbsp\;with knowledge about h
 ow to care for horses\,&nbsp\;how to look after them and groundwork.
 Res
 earch has suggested that spending time with&nbsp\;animals in an outdoor en
 vironment is beneficial to&nbsp\;mental health and welbeing.
 Please wear
  long trousers and long sleeved jackets. &nbsp\;The riding school can prov
 ide hats and boots for you to wear\, although you are welcome to bring you
 r own.

 th and 22nd August
 We will take a short break so the ponies can have a h
 oliday the last week of August and resume for Autumn term on 5th September
 .
