DESCRIPTION:Our popular horse riding session is back...with a new venue!
 
 You must book for the whole term as you will be weighed and measured and a
 llocated a horse at the first session\, they cannot weigh people after the
  first session\, so if you book for any other sessions you will just have 
 to watch and stroke the horses.
 ILEAP has teamed up with the Riding for&
 nbsp\;Disabled HQ at Lowlands for an after-school&nbsp\;club to bulld your
  confidence around our equine&nbsp\;friends whilst learning to ride. &nbsp
 \;
 Half of the hour session will be focused on&nbsp\;learning to ride RD
 A's specially trained horses\,&nbsp\;following an initial assessment on th
 e mechanical&nbsp\;horse. The other half will help to build&nbsp\;confiden
 ce by following an RDA approved&nbsp\;enrichment programme\; empowering me
 mbers&nbsp\;with knowledge about how to care for horses\,&nbsp\;how to loo
 k after them and groundwork.
 Research has suggested that spending time w
 ith&nbsp\;animals in an outdoor environment is beneficial to&nbsp\;mental 
 health and welbeing.
 Please wear long trousers and long sleeved jackets.
  &nbsp\;The riding school can provide hats and boots for you to wear\, alt
 hough you are welcome to being your own.
