DESCRIPTION:Our popular horse-riding session is back.
 You must book for t
 he whole term as you will be weighed and measured and allocated a horse at
  the first session\, they cannot weigh people after the first session\, so
  if you are looking to book after 29/04/25\, please email&nbsp\;sparkle@il
 eap.co.uk. &nbsp\;The first session of each term is a mechanical horse ass
 essment.
 ILEAP has teamed up with the Riding for&nbsp\;Disabled HQ at Lo
 wlands for an after-school&nbsp\;club to build your confidence around our 
 equine&nbsp\;friends whilst learning to ride. &nbsp\;
 The group of 6 is 
 split into two smaller groups\, each taking turns to ride in the manage.&n
 bsp\;&nbsp\;Beginners will be on guide ropes and each horse has a voluntee
 r to support the participants. As they gain experience and confidence\, pa
 rticipants will learn the techniques of steering\, trotting and cantering.
 
 Research has suggested that spending time with&nbsp\;animals in an outd
 oor environment is beneficial to&nbsp\;mental health and wellbeing.
 Plea
 se wear long trousers and long -sleeved jackets. &nbsp\;The riding school 
 can provide hats and boots for you to wear\, although you are welcome to b
 ring your own.
