  Steady Music School\, so all activities will be done to Music!!

 oseful and empowering day time&nbsp\;activities at our fantastic venue

 e start the day with a relaxed chat\, moving in gently to a chilled out an
 d informal activity\, making use of the outside sports area\, the garden\,
  the IT suite\, and arts and crafts area.&nbsp\;
 Personalised background
  music helps to keep that atmosphere relaxed as individuals have the oppor
 tunity to take part in activities that build confidence and raise self est
 eem.
 We have regular special guests delivering activities like drama\, s
 ports and games\, story telling\, dance\, games\, music\, cooking and trip
 s out.
 We can provide additional responsibilities depending upon each pe
 rsons requirements and can tailor our programme to meet the needs of the i
 ndividual or the group.
 Session runs every Tuesday and Thursday througho
