 ellbeing Wednesday will be the highlight of your week! We will meet in Jep
 hson Studios in the Temperate Glass House in Jephson Gardens
 Purposeful 
 day time activities at our fantastic new venue in the heart of Royal Leami
 ngton Spa.
 This brilliant space will be our home for the day and we’ll
  meet every Wednesday during term time and take part in activities that li
 ft the soul.
 Arts and Crafts\, Music and Games\, Cookery\, Gardening and
  Horticulture\, Sports and Activities all designed to make us smile and la
 ugh.
 We will head out into the community for user led on our doorstep ad
 ventures\, all included in the price. Things like Cinema Trips\, Games Caf
 e\, Boating\, Leisure Centre\, Shopping\, Museums\, Day Trips all user -le
 d and included in the price.
 We will incorpate a healthy lunch such as p
 anini\, soup\, toastie that you will help to prep and prepare (occasionall
 y you will need to bring a packed lunch\, depending upon the activity).
