Building a community

Welcome to Foundation House, a community of charities, local groups, social enterprises and changemakers in Stratford-upon-Avon. 

We want to make it easier for local people to find and use services or activities that make life better. 

This could be emotional or practical support for yourself, a friend or a family member; like-minded people to spend time and have fun with; programmes to develop new or existing talents; and the chance to share your knowledge and experience with other people.

The Foundation House community, both those based here and those that use our space, can help you find what you are looking for.

What is it? Office/storage space for a range of organisations that are based here, meeting/activity rooms available for hire and buckets of knowledge about local initiatives. Why not pop in to find out more?

Where is it? On Mason’s Road, a few blocks down from the Fire Station behind Morrisons, handy for the station and local buses although we have plenty of parking.

Who runs it? Stratford-upon-Avon Town Trust, a grant-making community foundation that gifts around £2million to local good causes each year. Find out who we support and how we can help develop existing projects or kick-start new ones on our website.
