ILEAP Multi Activity Tuesday: Spring Term 2025: 16 years and over: 10.30am -3pmyou are booking for the Spring Term 2025 Multi Activity is your chance to Shine! Purposeful and empowering day time activities at our fantastic venue We start the day with a relaxed chat, moving in gently to a chilled out and informal activity, making use of the outside sports area, the garden, the IT suite, and arts and crafts area. Personalised background music helps to keep that atmosphere relaxed as individuals have the opportunity to take part in activities that build confidence and raise self esteem. We have regular special guests delivering activities like drama, sports and games, story telling, dance, games, music, cooking and trips out. We can provide additional responsibilities depending upon each persons requirements and can tailor our programme to meet the needs of the individual or the group. Session runs every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the year Remember you can donate and or fundraise for the ILEAP Charity at www.justgiving.com/ileap

Learn2Ride with ILEAP and RDA : Spring Term 2025: Ages 8+ years: 4.15pm - 5.15pmOur popular horse-riding session is back. You must book for the whole term as you will be weighed and measured and allocated a horse at the first session, they cannot weigh people after the first session, so if you are looking to book after 11/02/25, please email ILEAP has teamed up with the Riding for Disabled HQ at Lowlands for an after-school club to build your confidence around our equine friends whilst learning to ride. The group of 6 is split into two smaller groups, each taking turns to ride in the manage. Beginners will be on guide ropes and each horse has a volunteer to support the participants. As they gain experience and confidence, participants will learn the techniques of steering, trotting and cantering. Research has suggested that spending time with animals in an outdoor environment is beneficial to mental health and wellbeing. Please wear long trousers and long -sleeved jackets. The riding school can provide hats and boots for you to wear, although you are welcome to bring your own. Dates for Spring Term 25 are: 11th and 25th February 4th, 11th, 18th and 25th March 1st and 8th April *We will try to organise a holiday hack out session in either Feb HT or Easter break |

ILEAP Wellbeing Wednesdays: Spring Term 2025: 16 years and over: 10.30am -3pmyou are booking for the Spring Term 2025 x £40 per session Wellbeing Wednesday will be the highlight of your week! We will meet in Jephson Studios in the Temperate Glass House in Jephson Gardens Purposeful day time activities at our fantastic new venue in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa This brilliant space will be our home for the day and we’ll meet every Wednesday during term time and take part in activities that lift the soul. Arts and Crafts, Music and Games, Cookery, Gardening, Sports and Activities all designed to make us smile and laugh. We will head out into the community for user led on our doorstep adventures, all included in the price. Things like Cinema Trips, Games Cafe, Boating, Leisure Centre, Shopping, Museums, Libraries, Day Trips all user -led and included in the price. We will incorpate a healthy lunch such as panini, soup, toastie that you will help to prep and prepare (occasionally you will need to bring a packed lunch, depending upon the activity.) ILEAP Lets Dance Club Night 2025, 16 years & overYour going to love the ILEAP Lets Dance Club Night ! Join us at the amazing Seymour Suit in Stratford Crowne Plaza and let your hair down with your ILEAP friends old and new. The dancefloor will be rockin and the cash bar will open for business (drink responsibly) This night is for ILEAP Members old and new aged 16 years and over, so tell all your friends and get them to join and book. Its for ILEAP Members only so all places must be pre-booked via the ILEAP website, if you turn up without booking then for safety reasons, you may be turned away and will have to pay an extra £5 admin fee if you stay. Our resident DJ Ben K from JK Entertainment Ltd will be banging out the tunes to make the evening a night to remember. The venue is accessible for wheelchairs and there are disabled toilets at the venue and a changing places toilet at the next door at the leisure centre Carers will need to stay if you are likey to wander off, although we will try and monitor the room door as usual. Wheelchair access is at the main entrance and car parking is on site, but you must enter your registration on arrival or you will receive a parking fine. Stratford Crowne Plaza Hotel is situated in the heart of Stratford upon Avon Town Centre and teh disco will be held in the amazing seymor suite. |

ILEAP into Football and Multi-Sports with Fitt 4 Kids for 6 -13 year olds: Spring Term 5pm - 6pmJoin us for this great session at Stratford Leisure Centre Sports Hall. It’s all about sporty themed Fun and Friendship. We won’t be too competitive, and we'll make sure you stay safe while getting some exercise. Qualified Coaches from our partners at Fitt 4 Kids will deliver the session alongside ILEAP staff. Parents will need to stay local, just in case they are needed but there is a cafe on site or a great gym you can pay to use. This session runs term time on a Friday.

Learn 2 Cook Club, 12 yrs and over : Spring TermEach Session is £25.00 Join us for a fantastic cookery session. We will alternate each session between a savoury and sweet recipe. ILEAP Staff and Volunteers will assist you and you get to take home your creations or have them for lunch! With a focus on creating a healthy balance, the sessions will introduce and explore ingredients to expand tastes in a fun and exciting way. Bring a container to take home your creation: Why not make a day of it and head over to Healthy Living Saturday Club, for an afternoon of fun and friendship at The Rosebird Community Hall! |
