One extraordinary girl, one extraordinary mind….

This global phenomenon from the Royal Shakespeare Company, which is celebrating 15 years of musical magic in London’s West End, has won over 100 international awards and now returns to the Birmingham Hippodrome stage.

Amazing stall seats, up close to all the action this mesmerising stage show has to offer.

Meet Matilda Wormwood. This brave little bookworm uses her intelligence, wit and magical powers to outsmart her uncaring parents and bullying headteacher Miss Trunchbull. Armed with a vivid imagination and a sharp mind, Matilda dares to take a stand and change her own destiny and those around her.

We will meet at Stratford train station at 12.10pm to catch the 12.26pm train to Moor Street.

The show starts at 2.30pm and lasts 2 hours, 35 minutes with an interval.  We will catch the 5.29pm train home, arriving back to Stratford station at 6.20pm.

We will not enjoy lunch on this trip, but if you want to purchase a drink or snack at interval, please send money.
