10:00 am	ILEAP Monday Matters: Autumn Term 2026: 16 yrs and over: 10.00am -2.30pm Jephson Studio you are booking for the Autumn Term 2026 x £45 per session Monday Matters will be the highlight of your week! We will meet at the Jephson Studio in Jephson Gardens, Leamington Spa Purposeful day time activities at our fantastic venue in the heart of Leamington This brilliant space will be our home for the day and we’ll meet every Monday during term time and take part in activities that lift the soul. Arts and Crafts, Music and Games, Gardening, Sports and Activities all designed to make us smile and laugh. We will head out into the community for user led on our doorstep adventures, all included in the price. Things like the Crafts in the brand new Creative Quarter, Cinema Trips, Games Cafe, Boating, Leisure Centre, Shopping, Museums, Libraries, Day Trips all user -led and included in the price. 11:30 am	ILEAP to Butlin's in Minehead in September 2026: Spaces left for Ladies Only Butlin's Minehead Hi Folks, Your going to love this amazing holiday, its called Showtime Special. Venue: Butlins Minehead: https://www.butlins.com/resorts/minehead The holiday is called ILEAP Midweek Showtime Special and is for 5 days: https://www.butlins.com/breaks/showtime-breaks/showtime-midweek We'd be staying in 2 x Ground Floor Comfort Plus Apartments; they have 3 bedrooms, so the staff member in 1 double, 2 members in a twin and 2 in another twinroom. 10:30 am	*ILEAP’s Multi Activity Tuesday Club, 16 yrs and over, Autumn Term 2026 The Kenilworth Centre Multi Activity Club is your chance to Shine! Purposeful day time activities at our fantastic venue. We start the day with a relaxed chat, moving in gently to a chilled out and informal activity, making use of the outside sports area, the garden, the youth room, and arts and crafts area. Personalised background music helps to keep that atmosphere relaxed as individuals have the opportunity to get creative, get active and have fun in a variety of youth club type activities. We can provide additional responsibilities depending upon each persons requirements and can tailor our programme to meet the needs of the individual or the group. Session runs every Tuesday and Thursday during term time and the school holidays Remember you can donate and or fundraise for the ILEAP Charity at www.justgiving.com/ileap We have special guests from either In2Cultures and Fit4Kids.
3:45 pm	Learn2Ride with ILEAP and RDA : Autumn Term 2026: Ages 8+ years: 4.15pm - 5.15pm Our popular horse-riding session is back.* You must book for the whole term as you will be weighed and measured and allocated a horse at the first session, they cannot weigh people after the first session, so if you are looking to book after 14/04/26, please email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. The first session of each term is a mechanical horse assessment. ILEAP has teamed up with the Riding for Disabled HQ at Lowlands for an after-school club to build your confidence around our equine friends whilst learning to ride. The group of 6 is split into two smaller groups, each taking turns to ride in the manage. Beginners will be on guide ropes and each horse has a volunteer to support the participants. As they gain experience and confidence, participants will learn the techniques of steering, trotting and cantering. Research has suggested that spending time with animals in an outdoor environment is beneficial to mental health and wellbeing. Please wear long trousers and long -sleeved jackets. The riding school can provide hats and boots for you to wear, although you are welcome to bring your own. Whether you're bursting with confidence or just starting to find your voice, our sessions are all about celebrating who you are, building self-esteem, boosting communication skills, and most of all — having a great time! ✨ Everyone is welcome — all abilities, all personalities, all backgrounds. ✨ A safe, supportive space to express yourself and make new friends. ✨ No experience needed — just bring your enthusiasm! ✨ Come as you are - leave feeling empowered. 6:30 pm	*ILEAP Aspire Drama Club:Tuesdays at The Sydni Centre: Autumn Term: 8 -18yrs: 18.30 -19.45pm The Sydni Centre Join the Tessa, Jordan and Louise for this fantastic Drama session at this brilliant venue for ILEAP Members aged 8 - 18 years It will be the highlight of your week and will bring you on in ILEAPS and Bounds! This is a free session run in partnership with Act for Autism. You must be an ILEAP member and you must book on. That way we will hopefully be able to continue to offer this session in the future. 10:30 am	ILEAP Wellbeing Wednesdays: Autumn Term 2026: 16 years and over: 10.30am -3pm Jephson Studio you are booking for the Autumn Term 2026 x £45 per session* Wellbeing Wednesday will be the highlight of your week! We will meet in Jephson Studios in the Temperate Glass House in Jephson Gardens Purposeful day time activities at our fantastic new venue in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa This brilliant space will be our home for the day and we’ll meet every Wednesday during term time and take part in activities that lift the soul. Arts and Crafts, Music and Games, Cookery, Gardening and Horticulture, Sports and Activities all designed to make us smile and laugh. We will head out into the community for user led on our doorstep adventures. Things like Cinema Trips, Games Cafe, Boating, Leisure Centre, Shopping, Museums, Day Trips all user -led and included in the price. 6:30 pm	ILEAP Wednesday Night Meal at The Green Man in Kenilworth for members 16 yrs & over: Autumn Term The Green Man Kenilworth Enjoy a scruptuous meal with your ILEAP friends in this great pub. They serve all the pub classics and the puddings are delicious. Bring £ for your meal and drinks. This is a social group of ILEAP friends who love a night out together, so join them for a great evening in a safe and welcoming venue. A pre order may be requested prior to the event depending on the time of year. Please note* that parents / carers dropping off will need to enter their car registration onto the tablet console at the bar in the pub. The car park at The Green Man has ANPR and unless you enter it inside the pub, you are likely to get a parking fine.

10:30 am	Jr. Multi-Sensory Play Session: Autumn Term 2026: Ages 4-8 years: 10.30am-11.30am The Rosebird Community Hall Join Becca and Nic for this fabulous Multi-Sensory play session. Parents can grab a cuppa and chat whilst Becca and Nic take your little ones on a sensory adventure. From music and movement to messy play and Duplo/Lego there is plenty for everyone. The session will end with a calm down sensory story. Parents can play and have fun with their children in a safe space where everyone is welcome. Once a month at the Rosebird Centre in Stratford upon Avon. Voluntary contribution of £2.50, siblings are welcome to attend, please register them with ILEAP, please so we know who to expect. 12:00 pm	ILEAP BIG Chill XTRA Saturday Club & ILEAP Pamper Club: Autumn Term 2026: 14 years and over The Kenilworth Centre You are booking for the Autumn Term 2026:* ILEAP Big Chill Xtra is a place where you can play games and sports and do arts and crafts with your mates Our fully accessible venue has a pool table, table footy, outdoor sports court, garden, art room, dvd player, comfy chairs, a snack bar and tuck shop. Take part in sports, fun and games and meet your mates, not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon. We only have limited places so that we can keep the session small and personalised for those who prefer smaller groups / quieter sessions For those who would like a little pampering, then this is the session to book. We will have various pampering activities for that weekend treat.
12:00 pm	ILEAP Healthy Living Saturday Club: Autumn Term 2026: 12 years and over The Rosebird Community Hall You are booking for the Autumn Term 2026:* Join your ILEAP friends at our Healthy Living Saturday Club for ILEAP Members 16 years and over This session runs every other week at our fantastic venue. Bring your packed lunch and catch up with friends. Take part in an Art activity or play games with your mates. Join in with our regular Dance session and pop up badminton and get some exercise.

10:30 am	Sunday Funday; Come Alive! The Greatest Showman, Autumn Term 2026: Ages 12+ Stratford Parkway Train Station Roll Up, Roll Up; Come Alive! Is the Greatest Circus Spectacular in the UK* Travel back in time to the glory days of the Circus. It all starts backstage where we will explore life behind the Big Top in a vibrant backstage world where we can enjoy close-up performances and meet curious characters. Our interactive pre-show experience begins from 1.30pm. Following that, take your seats in the Big Top, the show starts at 2.30pm! This new show features all the hit GREATEST SHOWMAN songs by Pasek and Paul including ‘This Is Me’, ‘Rewrite the Stars’, ‘A Million Dreams’, ‘Tightrope’ and ‘The Greatest Show’. This show displays dazzling stunts and choreography alongside spectacular singing! It's a unique and immersive circus experience. We will travel by coach to London. If members enjoy a hearty brunch at home, we will enjoy an afternoon snack on the coach and a packed lunch tea on the return journey after the show. - Meet at Warwick Parkway 10.30am - Depart at 10.45am -Send a snack for the journey to London -Coach home at 4.30pm, send a packed lunch tea -Return to Stratford Parkway Coach Station at 7pm Don't forget to send a packed lunch and a refillable water bottle!
