ILEAP Marketability Tuesdays: Autumn Term 2023: 16 years and overyou are booking for the Tuesdays Autumn Term 2023 x £40 per session Marketability is your chance to Shine! Purposeful day time activities at our fantastic venue We start the day with a relaxed chat, moving in gently to a chilled out and informal activity, making use of the outside sports area, the garden, the IT suite, and arts and crafts area. Personalised background music helps to keep that atmosphere relaxed as individuals have the opportunity to follow step by step activities and help to prepare, make, package and market our professional range of Marketability products. We can provide additional responsibilities depending upon each persons requirements and can tailor our programme to meet the needs of the individual or the group. A small group, you will need to book for the term so that we can minimise our contacts. Session runs every Tuesday and Thursday during term time and during the school holidays Autumn 2023 Term Dates: Sept, 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th

Learn2Ride with ILEAP and RDA : Autumn Term 2023: Ages 8+ years: 4.15pm - 5.15pmOur popular horse riding session is back...with a new venue! You must book for the whole term as you will be weighed and measured and allocated a horse at the first session, they cannot weigh people after the first session, so if you book for any other sessions you will just have to watch and stroke the horses. ILEAP has teamed up with the Riding for Disabled HQ at Lowlands for an after-school club to bulld your confidence around our equine friends whilst learning to ride. Half of the hour session will be focused on learning to ride RDA's specially trained horses, following an initial assessment on the mechanical horse. The other half will help to build confidence by following an RDA approved enrichment programme; empowering members with knowledge about how to care for horses, how to look after them and groundwork. Research has suggested that spending time with animals in an outdoor environment is beneficial to mental health and welbeing. Please wear long trousers and long sleeved jackets. The riding school can provide hats and boots for you to wear, although you are welcome to being your own. Dates for this session are: 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th September 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th October
