ILEAP Learn 2 Cook Club, 12 yrs and over: Autumn Term 2023 (2)Each session is £25 Join us for a fantastic morning of cookery. We will alternate each session between a savoury and sweet recipe. ILEAP Staff and Volunteers will assist you and you get to take home your creations or have them for lunch! With a focus on creating a healthy balance, the sessions will introduce and explore ingredients to expand tastes in a fun and exciting way. Bring a container to take home your creation: Dates for the Autumn Term 2023 are: Sept 23rd, Oct 21st, Nov 18th and Dec 16th 2023 Why not make a day of it and head over to Saturday Club at The Rosebird Centre? |

ILEAP BIG Chill Yoga and Stretch Club: Autumn Term 2023: 16 years and overJoin us for a morning of dance, yoga and movement A yoga mat will be provided (or bring your own) Why not stay for The ILEAP Big Chill is a place where you can Relax & Chill and just be your wonderful self and do your own thing. Our fully accessible venue has a pool table, table footy, outdoor sports court, garden, art room, dvd player, comfy chairs, a snack bar and tuck shop. Relax and Chill and meet your mates, not a bad way to spend a Saturday We are easing back gently and we only have limited places so that we will be able to keep social and keep our distance. |

Our fully accessible venue has a pool table, table footy, outdoor sports court, garden, art room, dvd player, comfy chairs, a snack bar and tuck shop. Relax and Chill and meet your mates, not a bad way to spend a Saturday afternoon. We are easing back gently and we only have limited places so that we will be able to keep social and keep our distance.
