We start the day with a relaxed chat, moving in gently to a relaxed dance session with Nicola.

Slowly building the tempo to all your favourite tunes!

A packed lunch picnic and a drink to cool down, then its eys down for some number crunching bingo.

We are expecting a full house so youll need to book early to avoid disappointment.

A small group, with lots of fresh air and outdoors weather permitting.
