ILEAP Family Picnic in the Park

Hi Folks

Thank you for booking onto this Family Socially Distanced Picnic, we have had to move from the Dell as there is another event on.

Please bring a picnic and a picnic rug and keep 2 metres apart from other guests and stay in your family group. Wear your facemask when you talk to anyone outside of your group and bring hand sanitiser to use before you eat your picnic

We hope to sit in a large socially distanced circle  and have some entertainment going on in the middle.

To keep contact to a minimum just come for the bits you fancy, no need to stay for the full 2.5hrs 

If you get your picnic from Waitrose, you can park for free for 2 hours (check the sign as it might be longer) and walk along the Tramway (cycle route 41) and drop down onto the rec ground after a short stroll, you’ll see  a black gazebo on the grass near the pavilion, if its busy on the day we may be in a quieter spot but in that general area.
